Wonderful

Super convenient as it is just opposite the Taipei Main Station near Exit Z8. Lift is only available at Exit Z4. In the morning, many food stalls can be seen just outside the hotel lifts downstairs. We had takeaway food from these every morning and enjoyed the complimentary coffee located at the hotel reception area. As we needed additional duvet for the 2nd night, the housekeeping staff promptly obliged. Towels, toothbrushes and disposable room sandals are provided. Can request for room cleaning and change of linens if required. The beds were very comfortable and room is big enough for 3 pax luggage. Entry to room is by digital access code. It is easy for guests as we dont need to hold on to the keys or cards and it makes checking out fast and simple too.

Bathtub has no curtain as such when one showers, the water will splatter onto the bathroom floor making it wet and may be dangerous as it is slippery. After each use, we had to dry the floor ourselves. The bathroom floor level is 30cm higher than the room floor so it is not recommended for elderly people to stay in such room.

Great location, close to the main train and bus station

Great location, close to the Taipei Main Station for MRT, high speed rail and buses, plus lots of options for food. The room was clean and most of the staff friendly. Free coffee, water and cold tea available each day.

Single bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom is up on a step so you have to be careful especially when the floor is wet. No shower curtain so the floor does tend to get wet and slippery.

It was very close to the train station. The staff are nice and can speak English.

The shower's temp is unpredictable. It's either too warm or too cold. Push it a bit to warm and it becomes scalding hot. Push it a bit to cold and it becomes freezing cold. The toilet also has weird stains that's not for the squirmy.

Great value, location and accommodating staff.

It's close to Taipei Main Station, which is good. A good walk to Ximen, Presidential Palace, 228 Peace Park and Chiang Kai Shek Memorial. The place is also clean and the staff are very accommodating. We arrived at the wee hours and they arranged an airport trnasfer for us. There's free coffee in the lobby. Also, there are food stalls below the building.

The a/c in the room we stayed at leaked. But the staff fixed it and even helped us arrange the beds in case it happened again.

Economical accomodations in a multi-use building that was hard to find. Hard bed, but clean room.

proximity to main train station. clean room. had a window. great bathroom, how water. clean towels. Nice TV channels for a short stay.

I had a 24 hour layover at Taiwan airport, so wanted something close to the main Taipei Train Station. It was difficult to find at night. Was lucky that somebody helped and walked me to find the place. The beds were too hard. At first I thought I wasn't going to be able to sleep. But I was so tired, I eventually did. when I woke Mp, I might have been a little sore.

I like the private bathroom and that there was natural light. AC, water station, and coffee is available. This is definitely a budget stay.

The blanket barely covered my partner and I; thankfully it was warm there. Also, the walls were thin so you can hear muffled conversations or yelling; nothing ear plugs can't fix.
